By using the Website or any related services, You agree that any matters or disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement, including your use of the Website, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, with the exception of its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any litigation permitted under this Agreement, You agree that such legal proceedings shall take place exclusively within the courts of Sweden. You expressly consent to the jurisdiction of these courts and acknowledge that this provision is mandatory, not permissive.

You further waive any right to challenge the jurisdiction or venue of these courts, including objections based on inconvenience (forum non conveniens) or any similar doctrine.
